Óleo Cancún Playa sits at Boulevard Kukulcán km 19.5, in the quieter southern reach of the hotel zone near Punta Nizuc. It is one of the closest resorts to Cancún International Airport (CUN) — about 15 to 20 minutes by car — which means you can land, settle in and be on the beach for a sunrise session without a long transfer eating into your trip.

The location is quietly perfect for photos. The famous overlook at Playa Delfines and the giant CANCÚN sign (km 18) are only about three to five minutes away by car, so we can easily fold the postcard backdrop into your gallery. If you want the livelier, wider sand of the central zone, Playa Fórum (km 9) is about twenty minutes north. We meet you at a public beach access near Óleo — no need to be a guest, and no logistics for you to sort out.

On this southern stretch, first light is the secret weapon. The sand is practically empty, the water sits glassy and pale, and the sky moves from lavender to gold in a matter of minutes.
