A Wedding Where the Whole Family Already Fits

The appeal of a central all-inclusive is boring in the best possible way: almost nothing about the day asks for logistics. Wyndham Alltra sits at the midpoint of Cancún's roughly 25-kilometre barrier island, close to everything and far from nothing. Guests fly into Cancún International Airport and reach the lobby in about 25 minutes. From there, the ceremony sand is close and stroller-friendly — no chartered buses, no cross-town taxis, no relatives getting lost between the room block and the beach. Finding the Sand for Your Wedding: Km 11.5 and the Beaches Next Door

Wyndham Alltra stands at Blvd. Kukulcán km 11.5, the central stretch of the hotel zone and, conveniently, a launch point to two very different beaches. Playa Delfines lies south at km 18 — the broad postcard strand with the oversized CANCÚN sign and the El Mirador viewpoint up on its bluff — roughly a 10-to-12-minute drive down the boulevard when a big group portrait wants that wide, iconic backdrop. Head the opposite way and Playa Fórum near km 9, with the calmer northern beaches, is only 6 to 8 minutes off, where the water lies flatter and kinder to small children wading in during the family session. One more decision shapes the timeline: a civil wedding recognised under Mexican law brings extra documents and a firmer timetable, so many families sign the legal papers at home and let the beach here be a symbolic ceremony instead — identical in the photos, and easier on the day.
