Cancun’s most iconic public beach is free, open to everyone, and home to El Mirador — the lookout with the postcard view of the full sweep of turquoise coastline. Go early and the panorama is yours. For something more secluded, several quieter beaches along the hotel zone offer the same water with even fewer footprints in the sand.
Playa Norte, Isla Mujeres

The ceremony itself — vows, rings, a first kiss with the sea behind you — usually takes twenty unhurried minutes. Then the rest of the morning is yours: a portrait walk along the shore, champagne in the sand, a barefoot stroll as the beach slowly wakes up.
