NIZUC Resort & Spa is at Blvd. Kukulcán km 21.26, on Punta Nizuc at the southern tip of the hotel zone — and because it is the last resort area before the airport, it is also the closest, about 10 minutes by car from Cancún International Airport (CUN). For a handful of guests arriving on a few different flights, that short, predictable transfer means people land, settle in and are ready to celebrate almost immediately, with no long coastal drive to wear down the calm you came for.

That southern position is also why the water stays so peaceful: the crowds concentrate several kilometers north, leaving this end of the strip and its cove to the few resorts that share it.
