From Cancún International Airport (CUN)

Playa del Carmen is about 45 to 50 minutes by road south of Cancún International Airport. Most travelers arrive by private transfer, shuttle or bus. If you are flying in, book your session for a morning after you have settled in rather than the day you land.

Staying in the centre of Playa del Carmen

If your hotel is in town, you can usually walk. Playa Mamitas is at Calle 28 Norte and Playa Fundadores is at the north end, by the ferry pier — both within reach of Quinta Avenida, the pedestrian street that runs parallel to the beach. For an 8 a.m. session that means no car and no traffic.

Staying in Playacar or a Riviera Maya resort

Playacar is a gated area just south of the ferry pier. From its northern end, Playa Fundadores is a short walk; from further south, a short taxi ride. If you are staying at a resort elsewhere along the Riviera Maya, a taxi or transfer to the town beaches is the simplest option. Sessions on hotel or private property depend on the hotel’s permission, so ask us to confirm access and any fees before booking.

Coming from Cancún, Tulum or Cozumel

From Cancún, it is the same road south as from the airport; the drive time depends on where your hotel is, so allow extra time for an early start. From Tulum, Playa del Carmen is to the north along the same highway. From Cozumel, the passenger ferry docks at the pier beside Playa Fundadores — confirm the schedules directly with the operator and plan a crossing that leaves you time before the session.

We plan the meeting point with you before you pay the deposit. Send us your hotel, how you are travelling and the look you want, and we will suggest the beach and the exact spot — Mamitas or Fundadores in town, Punta Esmeralda for the cenote, or Xcalacoco if privacy matters most. Ask us to confirm any access or transportation costs at the same time.

A few tips for an easy morning

Arrive with hair and makeup done, wearing your swimsuit under comfortable clothes. Allow a margin for traffic or the ferry. Keep your phone on, so the team can reach you on WhatsApp if you need help finding the spot.
