What is the best time for a photo shoot?
The best time is at sunrise, around 7:30 or 8 AM, depending on the season. This ensures the best lighting and minimal crowds. The sun is also gentle, making the session more comfortable.
Where does the session take place?
The session will be held at the closest public beach to your hotel. We will provide you with at least two options to choose from.
Can the session be held at my hotel’s beach?
Yes, but you will need to cover the hotel’s access fee, typically around $99 USD per person. Our team consists of at least three people.
Where will I change?
You will change directly on the beach with assistance from your dress assistant. The process is quick and simple.
What should I wear?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothes for changing into the flying dress (we suggest bringing a discreet swimsuit, as the photo session will take place on a public beach). The swimsuit should be discreet and easily hidden under the flying dress for convenience when changing in the open.
We also recommend wearing loose-fitting clothes, preferably without buttons, zippers, or sleeves. Comfortable panties and sandals are ideal.
Are the dresses true to size?
Yes, our dresses range from XS to XL and L to 4XL, ensuring a perfect fit.

What happens if it rains?
Rain in Cancun is typically brief. If it rains, we can wait for it to stop, which rarely takes more than an hour. If necessary, we can reschedule for later or the next day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For the down payment, we’ll send you a link for payment. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by credit or debit card, or via another payment link.
Can I cancel the session?
Yes, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the session.
Do you provide transportation?
We typically do not offer transportation, but depending on your hotel’s location, we can provide a quote for transportation services. Let us know your details, and we’ll gladly assist.
Do you provide makeup services?
We don’t offer makeup services, but we can recommend professional makeup artists.
